I used a personalized baby beanie as the front mud flap instead of another bib.  I also used newborn mittens instead of sock on the handlebars.  The pack of 40 diapers works perfectly for the the tires.    However, I found that a larger diaper works best in the middle as it is stronger and bulkier than a #1.  I used 2 size five diapers in the middle of the tires to keep the tires firm.
